Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Black Belts are at the core of every Lean Six Sigma Implementation. Motorola used the term “Black Belt” to describe “an individual who has developed a synergistic proficiency between his or her technical discipline and the Lean Six Sigma strategies, tactics, and tools.” These individuals will continually work towards institutionalizing the effective use of these tools throughout the corporation, its customers, and its suppliers.
To date, QGS has trained thousands of Black Belts throughout the world. QGS’s Black Belt training follows 15-days of four weeks (4-days each) training spread over four months. Between two sessions, Black Belt candidates return to their business environments to apply the tools and methods studied in class.
