Black Belt are the core of every Six Sigma Implementation. Motorola used term "Black Belt to describe " an individual who has developed a synergistic proficiency between his or her technical discipline & the Six Sigma strategies proficiency between his or her technical discipline & the Six Sigma strategies, tactics & tools".These individuals will continually work towards institutionalizing the effective use of these tools throughout the corporation, its customers, and its suppliers.

To date, QGS has trained thousands of Black Belts throughout the world. QGS's Black Belt Training follows 16-Days of (five weeks )training spread over four months.Between two sessions, Black Belt candidate return to their business environments to apply the tools & methods studied in class.
