lies in the breakthrough thinking, actions and involvement
all levels. QGS has designed a unique workshop to guide
leadership team in establishing system for ensure effective
organization wide deployment A three day workshop with
leadership team shall enable
preparing guidelines & instructions for all occasions
for effective Six Sigma deployment. Deliverable of workshop
is a Six Sigma Deployment Hand book.
Hand book contains answers to hundreds of questions to
ensure effective deployment of Six Sigma. Snap Shot of a
few questions are:

Overall: What are our 3 years deployment goals for Six
Sigma

HR: How will we select the Best? What will be the number
of Full Time Black Belts and Part Time Green Belts? What
will be the organization structure, performance appraisal
mechanisms and career paths?

Financials: How will you value and track financials? How
will you classify types of savings?

Communication: Will we communicate to our employees,
suppliers, customers and investors? If yes, how and when

IT/Systems : How will be track and share reports and
results? Will we modify our systems to track the new
measures?

Projects Tracking: How & when will champions review the
projects? 5 projects V/s 100 projects?

Training: Who will train and how many batches need to be
planned? Based on long term goals, will we initiate
